1. Prescription Medication Return: We do not accept returns of prescription medications unless:

• The item was damaged during shipping
• The incorrect product was delivered

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photos and details.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued if:

• The order is canceled before shipment
• The product was not delivered due to an error on our part

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
